| Thank You Lord for Your Faithfulness. I am currently on orientation/training as a Patient Care Technician for Fresenius Medical Care at Hahnemann University Hospital. Saint Agnes and Fairmont Dialysis Unit are my training ground for the next 3 weeks and then ill be working at the Dialysis acute unit at hahnemann. All this week has been great, getting my hands-on experience under the shadow of RNs and PCTs and on top of that is the experience of dealing with dialysis patients is something that is soo unforgettable. My compassion for these patients has been building up and its becoming my driving motivation to do this job. But i know as far as my training/probation period goes that these are the critical times for a new employee, so please Lord grant me strength, courage, wisdom, knowledge and faith.
